Bahrain at the 1st Italian-Arab Business Forum (Milan, 12 October 2017)

H.E. Zayed Bin Rashid Alzayani, Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, and H.E. Khalid Al Rumaihi, Chief Executive of the EDB, together with a High-Level Bahraini Business delegation have represented Bahrain at the 1st Italian-Arab Business Forum, which took place in Milan on October 12th. The event, which was organised by the Joint Italian Arab Chamber in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Milan and Promos, brought together Government officials, Businessmen and Investors, from the Italian and Arab world.
The objective of the forum was providing a networking platform to discuss business and investment opportunities in the respective Countries and explore the possibility to develop new and more dynamic economic relations.
On the sidelines of this event, Minster Zayani also met with the Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hon. Angelino Alfano, as well as the heads of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and the Italian Stock Exchange, while the Chief Executive of EDB has had the opportunity for an in-depth meeting with Licia Mattioli, the Vice President of Confindustria.
