The Consular Affairs Office of the Italian Embassy in Bahrain is responsible for issuing the Declarations of Value (DV) for qualifications obtained at university institutes or schools that fall within the school/university system of Bahrain.
For each request for release of DV, please write an email (specifying name, surname and telephone number) to the following address: consolare.manama@esteri.it
